USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTENT You are responsible for the items you list, the comments you post, and all activities under your account. You agree not to post deceptive, offensive, or infringing content. Sandy Gift reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion. 4. PAYMENTS AND BANKING (PAYSTACK INTEGRATION) - Sandy Gift uses Paystack, a secure third-party payment processor, to facilitate contributions and payouts. - By linking your South African bank details, you authorize Sandy Gift to set up a Paystack subaccount on your behalf for routing payouts. - Sandy Gift is not responsible for any payment delays, transaction failures, or issues originating from Paystack, banking networks, or user input errors. - Contributions are final and non-refundable unless required by law. 5. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA COLLECTION We respect your privacy and collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the service: - Account Information: When signing in via Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo. - Social Actions: We store your follow relations, wishlist items, likes, comments, and dibs actions. - Financial Information: Bank details (bank name, account name, and account number) are securely processed via Paystack to facilitate payouts. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. - Usage Data: We collect standard analytical metrics to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Sandy Gift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the application, payment processing issues, or user interactions.
