Child Safety Standards

1. Prohibited without exception

Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors — including imagery, links, comments, or wishlist posts — is prohibited. So is using Sandy Gift to contact, groom, or solicit minors, or to advertise or direct anyone to such material elsewhere.

2. Age requirements

Sandy Gift accounts require users to be at least 13 years old. Accounts identified as belonging to children under 13 are removed.

3. Reporting

Every post has a report action (the ⋯ menu → "Inappropriate or harassing" or "Something else"). Reports are reviewed with priority given to child safety.

4. What we do when we find it

Content is removed and the account is terminated immediately.

We preserve evidence as required and report CSAE material to the relevant authorities, including the South African Police Service and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent bodies. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

5. Compliance

We comply with child safety laws in the regions where Sandy Gift operates, including the Films and Publications Act (South Africa) and applicable international CSAE reporting obligations.
